These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the popwin online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, and customer support offered through popwin.app and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on popwin, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. To register and use the popwin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. popwin strictly enforces this requirement and will not knowingly permit any person under 21 to register or play.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted for gaming purposes.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of popwin, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the popwin Platform for any reason.

popwin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the popwin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your account information if any details change. popwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify popwin support immediately.

popwin supports a range of payment methods tailored for Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your popwin account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on your financial institution. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. popwin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. GCash withdrawals typically process within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. popwin reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the popwin account.
• popwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violations.
• Any funds deposited through fraudulent means will be forfeited, and the account will be terminated.
• popwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

popwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. popwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

popwin reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's betting patterns constitute bonus abuse. Decisions made by popwin in this regard are final.

All games available on the popwin Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and the game server records, the server records shall be the definitive source of truth.

popwin is committed to fair play. The Platform uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure that all outcomes are random, unbiased, and not influenced by any external factor. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the popwin Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

3. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

6. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void.
7. Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
8. Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform's infrastructure, security, or other users' experience.
9. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the Platform.
10. Harassing, threatening, or abusing popwin staff or other players through any communication channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of popwin.

Any unauthorized use of popwin's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us using the details in Section 15.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, popwin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

popwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While popwin makes every reasonable effort to maintain Platform availability and performance, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

In no event shall popwin's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your popwin account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

popwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

popwin implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls — to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and popwin cannot guarantee absolute security.

popwin will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Platform, subject to strict confidentiality obligations, and with regulatory authorities where required by law.

popwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• You are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to popwin, other players, or third parties.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, any balance in your account may be forfeited. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting popwin support.

popwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, popwin will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting popwin support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and popwin, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

popwin operates within the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by popwin may escalate their concern to the relevant regulatory authority.
